1. Sales and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing existing wholesale accounts and explore new business opportunities
  • Ensure prompt payment from wholesale customers
  • Weekly visits to current accounts for order taking/ stock replenishment
  • Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and customer’s orders are delivered as per schedule
  • Keying in of sales orders and issuing of credit/debit note, if any
  • Keep track of inventory movement of goods in the Warehouse
  • Assist in stock take and set-up

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail industry preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess good numeric and communication skills

2. Accounts/Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent will assist the Accounts Executive in the daily activities in the Accounts Department

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ level with LCCI in Accounting - Intermediate level
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ relevant experience in handling partial set of accounts (AR / AP)
  • Possess necessary experience in submission of GST
  • Must be accurate, detailed and timely in reporting
  • Knowledge of IFCA Accounting system is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is a necessity
  • Able to work independently and has a good working attitude
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice is preferred
  • Only Singaporean & PRs need to apply
